Payment policies:
- Downpayment at booking: 40% of the total amount
- Balance payment: due 14 days before arrival
- Security deposit: required before arrival by credit card and automatically refunded 4 days after check-out if no damage to the property will be found by our staff and our house policies attached to the check-in instructions will be respected (specifically, the waste separate collection rules)
- City tax: not included in the price and required in cash upon arrival
- Additional guests: the price of the rental is calculated by occupancy, in case of additional guests an extra price will be required
